2.1 Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business daysProcessing times may vary during holidays, high volumes, or special releases
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery ranges:Ireland: 2–5 business daysUK & Europe: 5–10 business daysRest of World: 7–21 business daysDelays caused by customs, postal services, or weather are outside our control.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Risk transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the postal serviceRegistered/insured shipping is fully covered for loss or damageStandard shipping is not insured and is used at the buyer’s own risk
5. Incorrect Address
Customers must ensure their delivery address is correct when placing an order.We are not responsible for:Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customerLost parcels resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information
6. Customs & Import Duties

All items are professionally packaged using protective sleeves, envelopes, or boxes suitable for collectible currency. 2. Eligible Returns (Exceptional Cases Only)
A return will only be accepted if:a) The wrong item was deliveredIf you receive an incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.b) The listing contained a significant errorIf the product materially differs from the description or photos, you may be eligible for a refund.c) Damage occurring during registered/insured shippingThis applies only if:Registered/insured shipping was selectedEvidence of damage is provided (photos + packaging)
3. Return Process
If your case meets our return criteria:Contact us at philip@irishbanknotes.ie with your order numberProvide clear photos of the item and packagingWait for our approval before returning the itemOnce approved, return the item in the same condition it was receivedItems returned without prior approval will not be refunded.
4. Refund Timing
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business daysRefunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
5. Non-Returnable Items
